You will have the use of our incredible access app. This allows you to admit ticket holders, eliminates fraud, controls crowds and lets you see how many audience members are still to arrive. The app is IOS and Android compatible, we can provide you with dedicated scanners if thats something you need. Our app works on multiple devices at your event allowing you to have as many door staff as you need.
After your event you will receive a close out report with sales data and GDPR compliant contact data gathered during the sales process.
Box office sales
As well as online sales we have our own in house box office software that can be used to sell tickets to any event. If a customer is unable to buy online we are able to sell tickets over the telephone.
On-the-door ticketing
Use our box office solution to sell tickets on the door. Our app allows you to accept card payments on the go, print QR coded tickets instantly and check in ticket holders. Everything you need is right at your fingertips, so you can accommodate those last minute sales without the queues.
Scanning
Our mobile scanning app can be downloaded by all event organisers. This is available on both; Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Once you have logged into the app, you can scan the unique QR code that is emailed to all ticket holders. This can be presented to you as a printed ticket, a downloaded document or as an Apple Wallet ticket.
We can also provide laser scanners. Ultimately, they achieve the same as a mobile phone is able to achieve but the laser scanner works faster, is more efficient in poor light (too sunny or too dark) and is ip rated and therefore can work in poor weather conditions.
